Tial MV-S38mm External Wastegate. Brand new 2009 release! TiAL will be replacing the F38 wastegate with the new MV-S wastegate. Small was on our mind when we developed this new ultra compact wastegate. It stands only 3.7″ in height vs the current F38 which is 4.85″ Other features include 3 bottom pressure ports for easy install and a top mount pressure port that can be rotated 6 different ways. No more bolts or gaskets and all configurations are leaded fuel safe. we also altered the way the diaphragm sits so it is virtually impossible to pinch. Now shipping in all colors.

– High temp NiCrFe based alloy is used for valve and 347SS valve housing will offer longer product life compared to competing designs.

• High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.NOTE:MVS wastegates are now coming with all springs in the box, meaning you can install any bar pressure you want in the wastegate up to 1.7bar.
• 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resists “relaxing” at temperature to 900F (483C).
• Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, and valve bushing the same material used in the higher level gates for reliability and longevity.
• CNC Machined 304L 12mm thick weld flanges.
• Made is USA.
• Color anodized 6061-T651 aluminum actuator (Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, Black).
• Wastegates shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware.
• Flanges are an extra cost, they do not come with the wastegate unit.
• Custom colors are available, and are $15 extra. Please email us your color choice after purchase.
• Available in Silver(standard color), Grey, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black.
